Joanna is an attorney-at-law (listed under no. Pz-Kl-327/02 at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law) with 10+ years of experience. She has extensive professional experience, gained at an international law firm, whose branch in Poznań she successfully managed. Her areas of expertise include broadly understood commercial law, procedural law, copyright and intellectual property law. She trains and publishes in the areas of commercial and civil law, as well as intellectual property law. She is a graduate of the University of Wrocław and was a DAAD scholarship holder at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, Germany, where she earned a Magister Legum (LL.M.) title. 

Wojciech is an attorney-at-law (BdP-219 at the Bydgoszcz Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law) with 10+ years of experience. He gained his professional experience at an international law firm specializing in advisory services for foreign entities. He specializes in procedural law, labor law, bankruptcy law, as well as personal data protection provisions. He trains on GDPR and conducts GDPR compliance audits. He is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and was a scholarship holder at the Law Department of Universität Mannheim, Germany. 

Joanna is an attorney-at-law (BdP-208 at the Bydgoszcz Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law) with 10+ years of experience. She gained her professional experience at an international law firm providing legal advisory services to foreign entities. For over 10 years she has specialized in intellectual property law, assisting both Polish and foreign clients in solving problems involving trademarks, copyright law, unfair competition and industrial designs. She successfully handles litigation both in Poland and at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg (she is a professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office). Joanna is also a mediator entered on the list of permanent mediators of the Regional Court in Poznań. She is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed post-graduate studies on copyright law and press law at the Jagiellonian University. 

Wojciech is an attorney-at-law (entry no. PZ-3497 at the Poznan Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law) with over ten years of experience. He gained his professional experience among others in recognised law firms in Poznań. He is continuously associated with our Law Firm for many years. Wojciech specialises in widely understood commercial, business and procedural law, as well as the law regarding real estate transactions. He also has experience in public procurement matters. He is a graduate of the University of Szczecin.

Łukasz is an attorney-at-law (entry no. PZ-5490 at the Poznan Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law) with several years of professional experience, which he gained in recognised law firms in Poznań and in the Poznań City Hall. Łukasz specialises in labour law and widely understood commercial and business law. He trains in labour law. He is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
